    We find it convenient for us to just jump on anytime and exercise. We don't need to leave home and be exposed to traffic, escaped dogs and the harsh sun. It makes it alot easier to motivate yourself to exercise

    I can now work by day and run by night! I've tried a few treadmills over the years and this one is great. So quiet. I put the kids to bed and off I go! Again...love love LOVE my treadmill! Best treadmill ever!
